When you receive a genuine duplicate enquiry from a customer (i.e. they have sent you more than one enquiry with exactly the same details, including dates, unit requested, number of guests, etc.), you can:
1. Respond to both with the same quote; or
2. Email our Establishment Support Team on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be glad to assist you with closing off any duplicate enquiries.
