If the wrong availability is being displayed on your listing, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:


If you are linked to Nightsbridge


If your SafariNow listing is linked to your Nightsbridge account, you'll notice this blue box on the Calendar tab on your SafariNow listing. This is because we pull rates and availability directly from Nightsbridge for your listing:



This means that, if your availability is not showing accurately on SafariNow, you should make sure that all necessary blockouts have been made on your Nightsbridge calendar.


If your blockouts are correct on Nightsbridge, but still incorrect on SafariNow, you click the Synchronise bookings button on your calendar. This will sync your SafariNow calendar with your Nightsbridge calendar, and should bring any missing blockouts into your SafariNow calendar.


If this doesn't work and your availability still appears to be incorrect on SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at [email protected].

If you are linked to SiteMinder


If your SafariNow listing is linked to your SiteMinder account,  we pull rates and availability directly from SiteMinder for your listing.


This means that, if your availability is not showing accurately on SafariNow, you should make sure that all necessary blockouts have been made on your SiteMinder calendar.


If your blockouts are correct on SiteMinder, but still incorrect on SafariNow, you can do a full rates and availability push to us from your SiteMinder account; this should immediately update all of your rate and availability information on your SafariNow account.          


If this doesn't work and your availability still appears to be incorrect on SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at [email protected].

If you are linked to eRes/HTI 


If your SafariNow listing is linked to your eRes/HTI account, you'll notice this blue box on the Calendar tab on your SafariNow listing:



This means that we are only able to retrieve your up-to-date availability when a customer attempts to make an instant booking via the eRes/HTI system. If the customer attempts to submit an enquiry for you to quote on, our system does not call the eRes/HTI system.


Therefore, for purposes of customers submitting enquiries, you will need to keep your calendar up to date manually on your SafariNow listing. To learn more about how to keep your calendar up to date, click here:

If you are not linked to any channel manager/real time system


If your listing is not connected to any form of real time system (e.g. Nightsbridge, SiteMinder or eRes), you will need to keep your availability updated on your SafariNow listing.
