All accommodation reviews on SafariNow are written by verified guests that have booked via our site, and these reviews can make a big difference to attracting more customers to your listing. Research has proven that even receiving a negative review can be more beneficial than not receiving any reviews at all.

Once a guest returns from their stay at your establishment, they’ll receive an email asking them to rate their stay on a scale of 1 - 5. They’ll also be able to leave detailed comments, as well as any private messages that they’d rather not see featured on the site.

User-submitted reviews, in line with our reviews policy, are marked live immediately and automatically. If you wish to respond to the review, we will add your reply to the review, so that all future guests will be able to make a fair and considered decision before booking with you.  If the review is queried a member of our staff may contact both parties and confirm that the details in the review are accurate and unbiased.

Of course, we understand that there are times when circumstances are beyond your control, and that’s why our reviews process is structured to give you a fair say and ensure that your establishment is rated fairly. While our position is not to delete, censor or edit reviews, if a review violates our reviews policy, we reserve the right to edit, remove or not publish it.
