Just as customers are able to rate your establishment after their stay, giving future potential guests more information about their stay, we would like to be able to provide our establishment owners with more information about their potential guests, which is why you would have received some of these emails for past check-ins.
Going forward, you will receive an email around when your guest checks out; while the information is currently just being collected on an internal database (and therefore not visible to the customer), we are working towards including an overall rating on each customer’s profile.
