In order to list a property on SafariNow, we require security verification documents from you, which show your identity and proof of address (learn more here).
If you would like to list a property on SafariNow which you are renting from someone else, we require the following additional documentation from you:
- A subletting agreement, which shows that the owner of the property has consented to you subletting the property to someone else;
- A copy of the owner's ID document;
- Which banking details the funds will be paid into.
