We are looking for inspirational packages to feature on SafariNow.com!
What should you list?
Any of the following could be a great package on our site:
- Two or more nights' stay at one establishment.
For example: 2 Night Glen Reenen Rest Camp Package
- One or more nights' stay at one establishment PLUS one or more activities.
For example: 2 Night Kruger Park Safari Package
- One or more nights' stay at a series of establishments.
For example: 5 Night Garden Route Tour
*Helpful hint: We find that shorter stays are booked more frequently – the shorter and more affordable the package, the better your chances of booking.
- There are no signup fees when you list your package with SafariNow.
- Packages will receive their own listing (i.e. we don't list a package as a room type on the main property listing).
- Please fill in as much information as possible on your package listing before clicking the 'I'm Done' button.
- Rates need to be inputted at a daily rate, with a minimum night stay, if applicable.
- E.g. if you have a package rate of R2,000 per person sharing and the package is 2 nights, you need to put the rates in as R1,000 per person sharing per night, with a 2 night minimum stay.
Booking and Payment Information
- Packages are commissionable at the same rate as all other listings on SafariNow:
- Bookings with a value below R10,000: 15% comm (VAT excl.).
- Bookings with a value between R10,000 and R14,999: 12.5% comm (VAT excl.).
- Bookings with a value of R15,000 or above: 10% comm (VAT excl.).
- We are not able to have different percentage commission for different elements of the package, e.g. accommodation at 15% and activities at 5%. Please ensure that the package total will cover the 15% commission ex VAT.
- Packages work on an enquiry basis (customer submits enquiry, which you are able to quote on). You are welcome to use SafariNow's Conditional Real-Time to help make getting bookings even easier.
- Standard payment terms are applicable: money received from the customer will be on-paid to you (less our commission and VAT) within 5 to 8 working days. The outstanding balance of the booking, if any, should be paid directly to you by the guest prior to or upon arrival.
