If you have issues receiving emails from us, this may be because your email software is blocking them. To make sure you receive our emails, you need to ‘whitelist’ our email addresses. Here’s how:

Outlook 2007:

If you have already received an email in your Junk E-mail folder:

  • Right click the message.
  • Click on Junk E-mail, then select Add Sender to Safe Senders list.

If you have not received an email yet:

  • From the Tools drop-down menu, select Options.
  • Click on Junk E-mail.
  • Select the Safe Senders tab. Click the Add button.
  • Type the domain names, which are @safarinow.com and @staynow.com.
  • Select the Also trust e-mail from my contacts tick box.

Outlook 2010 / 2013:

If you have already received an email in your Junk E-mail folder:

  • Right click the message.
  • Select Junk, then select Never Block Sender.

If you have not received an email yet:

  • In the Home tab, in the Delete group, click on Junk, then Junk E-mail Options.
  • Select the Safe Senders tab. Click the Add button.
  • Type the domain names, which are @safarinow.com and @staynow.com.
  • Select the Also trust e-mail from my contacts tick box.

Gmail:

  • Click on the Options Gear in the top right, then click on Settings.
  • Go to the Filters tab. Click on Create a new filter at the bottom.
  • In the From box, enter @safarinow.com and @staynow.com.
  • Click on Create a filter with this search at the bottom.
  • Tick the Never send it to Spam box.
  • Tick the Also apply this filter to – matching conversations.
  • Click on the Create filter button.
