If you would like to change the default cancellation terms on your listing, you can follow these easy steps:
1. Log into your SafariNow account, and click the Establishment tab on the menu bar, then click 'Cancellation Policy' on the left-hand menu.
2. From the drop-down menu, you can now choose from five different policies: Flexible, Friendly, Moderate, Strict, or Custom.

3. If you would like to set a Custom policy, select Custom from the drop-down menu, and start populating your policy.
IMPORTANT NOTE: remember that you are setting the percentage refund the customer will receive, not the percentage they will forfeit.
