While some owners enjoy interacting with potential guests by email prior to a booking, you may want to reduce irrelevant enquiries. By using SafariNow's Instant Booking feature on your listing(s), you can help boost your ranking in your area and your conversion rate.
If you’re a single unit establishment, implementing this Instant Booking feature couldn't be easier, and you can also choose the option of keeping both the request a quote option together with your Instant Booking feature.
How to activate the Instant Booking feature
1. Log into your SafariNow account, and click the Calendar tab on the menu bar.
2. Click the Instant Booking block, and a drop-down will appear:
3. In order to activate the Instant Booking feature, you must tick all three boxes to show that you agree to the Instant Booking terms and conditions, and are aware of what is required for this feature.
Once you have ticked all three boxes, you will be able to click the ‘Turn on instant booking’ button at the bottom of the drop-down.
4. When you see that Instant Booking is ON, the Instant Booking feature has been successfully activated on your listing:
How to deactivate the Instant Booking feature
1. Log into your SafariNow account, and click the Calendar tab on the menu bar.
2. Click the Instant Booking block, and a drop-down will appear:
3. Click the 'Turn off instant booking' at the bottom of the drop-down.
4. When you see that Instant Booking is OFF, the Instant Booking feature has been successfully deactivated on your listing:
Please note: this Instant Booking feature is currently only available for single unit establishments; however, we also integrate with Nightsbridge, eRes, HConnect, and SiteMinder for those with multi-unit establishments.
