SafariNow currently doesn't take or hold any refundable breakage deposits; if you charge a refundable breakage deposit, you can alert potential guests to this using your Important Information section on your SafariNow listing (learn more here).
Once the booking has been completed on SafariNow, and you receive the customer's direct contact details, it is up to you to arrange for payment of the refundable breakage deposit directly with the customer. You will also need to arrange the refund directly with the customer, once the stay is complete.
