If you are the new owner of a property which is already listed on SafariNow, and you would like to continue advertising your listing via SafariNow, here are the steps to follow:
1. We require written confirmation from the old owner that they have indeed sold the property to you as the new owner. This written confirmation needs to come from the email address we have on the old owner's SafariNow account.
2. The old owner will need to confirm the following details about you as the new owner: name, email address and contact details.
3. We will then contact you as the new owner, and clarify with you what changes (if any) need to be made to the SafariNow listing, including content, banking details, channel manager connections, and we will also ask you for the relevant security verification documentation (ID document, proof of address).
4. Once the above has been confirmed, the listing will go live on SafariNow on your account!
