To bring you more bookings, we have partnered with a number of corporate clients. This means you may receive a corporate booking request via SafariNow.
How does it work?
If you see a corporate request, featuring this message:
- There's no need for you to quote on this request; one of our Corporate Consultants will get in touch with you to assist with quoting.
- If you have availability, we'll use the rates you give us and quote on your behalf.
- If your quote is accepted, we will send your our normal confirmation email plus a voucher showing the client's details, the agency which booked, the booking value, commission, meals required, etc.
- We will ensure that you are onpaid as per our normal onpayment terms.
What do we need from you?
In exchange for the extra bookings we'll be sending you, we need you to offer the walk-in rate including our commission. That means we need the rate you would give any guest walking into your establishment, and it must include our commission.
We are responsible for paying you, so you don't need to worry about collecting money from these new customers.
If a client requests an invoice, please redirect them to our Corporate Department, who will provide them with one.
