If your photos are not showing accurately on your listing, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:


1. Try to re-upload your photo(s). There may have been a technical glitch at the moment you uploaded your photos, meaning that they may not display correctly; by re-uploading them, you may resolve this issue.


2. Clear your browser cache:


Google Chrome


  • At the top right of the browser screen, click the three vertical dots button.
  • Click More tools, then click Clear browsing data.
  • At the top of the pop-up screen, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  • Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files", check the boxes.
  • Click Clear data.
  • Once you have cleared your cache, you may be required to log into your SafariNow account again.


Firefox


  • On the browser History menu, click Clear Recent History. If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.
  • From the "Time range to clear" drop-down menu, select a time range. To delete everything, select Everything.
  • Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.
  • Click Clear Now.
  • Once you have cleared your cache, you may be required to log into your SafariNow account again.


Internet Explorer (9, 10 and 11)


  • At the top right of the browser screen, click the gear icon.
  • Click Safety, then click Delete browsing history.
  • Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favourites website data, and check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.
  • Click Delete.
  • You will get a notification at the bottom of the window once it has successfully cleared your cache and cookies.
  • Once you have cleared your cache, you may be required to log into your SafariNow account again.


Edge


  • At the top right of the browser screen, click the three horizontal dots button.
  • Click Settings.
  • Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  • Next to "Cookies and saved website data" and "Cached data and files", check the boxes.
  • Click Clear.
  • Once you have cleared your cache, you may be required to log into your SafariNow account again.
