If the wrong rates are being displayed on your listing, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:


If you are linked to Nightsbridge


If your SafariNow listing is linked to your Nightsbridge account, you'll notice that there is no Seasons & Rates tab on your listing. This is because we pull rates and availability directly from Nightsbridge for your listing.


This means that, if your rates are not showing accurately on SafariNow, you should check how your rates have been loaded on your Nightsbridge, as they may need to be updated there.


If your rates are correct on Nightsbridge, but still incorrect on SafariNow, you can visit your Rooms tab on your SafariNow listing; at the bottom of the page, click the Reload from Provider button. This will update all of your room information, rates and availability from Nightsbridge.

            


If this doesn't work and your rates still appear to be incorrect on SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at establishments@safarinow.com.

If you are linked to SiteMinder


If your SafariNow listing is linked to your SiteMinder account, you'll notice that there is no Seasons & Rates tab on your listing. This is because we pull rates and availability directly from SiteMinder for your listing.


This means that, if your rates are not showing accurately on SafariNow, you should check how your rates have been loaded on your SiteMinder, as they may need to be updated there.


If your rates are correct on SiteMinder, but still incorrect on SafariNow, you can do a full rates and availability push to us from your SiteMinder account; this should immediately update all of your rate and availability information on your SafariNow account.          


If this doesn't work and your rates still appear to be incorrect on SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at establishments@safarinow.com.

If you are linked to eRes/HTI 


If your SafariNow listing is linked to your eRes/HTI account, you'll notice that there is no Seasons & Rates tab on your listing. This is because we pull rates and availability directly from eRes/HTI for your listing.


This means that, if your rates are not showing accurately on SafariNow, you should check how your rates have been loaded on your eRes/HTI, as they may need to be updated there.


If your rates are correct on eRes/HTI, but still incorrect on SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at establishments@safarinow.com.

If you are not linked to any channel manager/real time system


If your listing is not connected to any form of real time system (e.g. Nightsbridge, SiteMinder or eRes), you will need to keep your rates updated on your SafariNow listing, including adding seasonal rates, weekend rates, and minimum stay requirements.

If your rates have been updated on SafariNow and more than 24 hours have passed, but still appear to be incorrect on the customer-facing side of SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at establishments@safarinow.com.

Do you have a special deal loaded? Is your special deal correct?


If you have a special deal loaded on your SafariNow listing, that could be affecting the price displayed to customers; it's important to check that the correct details have been loaded for your special deal (e.g. the percentage/Rand value discount, minimum stay requirements, etc.). If your special deal details are correct, but your rates still appear to be incorrect on the customer-facing side of SafariNow, please contact our Establishment Support Team at establishments@safarinow.com.

Is your SafariNow listing loaded with the correct currency?


If, for example, your SafariNow listing's base currency is ZAR, and you load USD rates on the Seasons & Rates page, the rates will be shown incorrectly on the customer-facing side of SafariNow, e.g. R18 instead of USD18.
