If you need to update your banking details, please send an email to email@example.com, along with either of the following verification documents:
- A cancelled cheque; or
- A bank statement or letter from the bank, confirming the banking details.
We cannot change any banking details without at least one of the above documents, and we cannot accept any other documents as proof of banking details.
Please note: if your bank is based outside of the Republic of South Africa, please provide us with your bank's SWIFT code.
