Keeping your rates up to date is crucial from a business perspective, and here’s an easy step-by-step account of how to make your changes.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are linked to a channel manager, you will not see the Seasons & Rates option on your listing. Your rates should be updated on your channel manager, and these will pull through to SafariNow automatically.

1. Log into your SafariNow account, and click the Establishment tab on the menu bar.

2. Click Seasons & Rates on the left-hand menu.

3. Click the relevant base year to insert your base rates (these rates are applicable from 1 January to 31 December of the relevant year).

  • If you charge a unit rate please select "I charge a fixed rate". A fixed rate means that the rate does not depend on the number of people and is set for that unit.

  • If your price is a per person sharing rate, please select "My price varies dependent on the number of guest". You will then be able to input rates for 1 person, 2 people, etc.

Please note: enter the rate as the total for the indicated number of guests per night, e.g. 1 person = R500, 2 people = R1000.

Once you have entered your rates, click Save Rate at the bottom of the page.

Please note: If you are linked to Nightsbridge or SiteMinder, there will be no Seasons and Rates tab in your Establishment Zone. We pull the rates and availability directly from Nightsbridge or SiteMinder. Should you need to make any changes to this information, please do so on Nightsbridge or SiteMinder and it will automatically update on our side.
